Card Making Project - Pink Ribbon and Gold Hearts Wedding Invitation
Made by Madeleine

A very easy to make card using pink organdie ribbon, self adhesive gold hearts, and a gold foiled die cut wedding invitation.

To make this card you will need:

Gold Dust creased card  144mm x 144mm
Gold Foiled Wedding Invitation on Gold Dust card
Candy Pink Organdie Ribbon 25mm wide
5mm Self Adhesive Pink Pearls
Self Adhesive 10mm Gold Hearts
3D Foam Tape 2mm Thick
Memory Glue Dots
Sellotape
Spare Piece of Gold Dust Card 140mm x 140mm
Double-sided Tape

Take a length of the pink organdie ribbon all the way around the card and fix in place on the inside of the card using sellotape.

On the front of the card pinch the ribbon together about half way up the card and hold in place using memory glue dots.  Cut 2 more pieces of ribbon approx. the same height as the card.  Knot the 2 pieces of ribbon together and glue in place using memory glue dots.

Place a self adhesive pink pearl at each corner of the foiled wedding invitation.

Attach the foiled wedding invitation to the card using 3D foam tape.

Stick the 2 self adhesive gold hearts onto the card.

When you make a card that has some ribbon joined at the back on the inside of the card to finish it off neatly glue a piece of card that matches the creased card to the inside to hide your work.  So that it doesn't interfere with the crease the piece of card you use should be a tad smaller than the front of the creased card.

Glue the cut 140mm x 140mm Gold Dust card to the inside to hide your work using double-sided tape.
