Another card in our series for those who make cards for charity or are on a tight budget. This card costs 74p to make.
An easy make card suitable for a beginner.
To make this card you will need:
 A4 Smooth Bright White 270gsm Card cut and creased to 148mm x 148mmStardream Amethyst CardPink Floral Paper from Floral Paper Pack 10cm x 30.5cmRomantic Teddies Twin Pack 1Nellie's Multi Frame Die FlowerBig Shot, Cuttlebug or other die cutting machineTiny Birthday Peel Offs - SilverDouble Sided TapePhoto Glue3D Foam Pads 3mm ThickScissors or Rotary Trimmer |

This card uses only the die cut decoupage pieces from the Romantic Teddies decoupage pack.
Cut the pink floral paper to 148mm in length and glue to the front of the card using double sided tape.
Cut a piece of Stardream Amethyst card to 99mm x 99mm. (If you cut an A4 sheet of Stardream card into 99mm x 99mm squares you will get 6 pieces suitable for use with the Nellie's Multiframe Flower Die). Run the card and the largest of the Nellie's Multiframe Flower dies through you die cutting machine. Using photo glue, glue the die cut Stardream Amethyst card to the centre of the floral paper.
Push out the die cut pieces of decoupage for the Teddy with hat and flowers decoupage design. Using 3D foam pads, build up the decoupage on the Stardream Amethyst die cut mount reserving the die cut decoupage pieces of the bow from the hat, and 2 small flowers.
Using photo glue, glue the bow decoupage piece to the top left hand corner of the card and the 2 flowers to the top and bottom right hand side of the card.
Add the Happy and Birthday sentiments from the Tiny Birthday peel off sheets to finish the card.
