Card Making Project - Merry Christmas Easel Card
Made by Madeleine

This easel card uses the Woodware Crafty Edger to create the tag border.

To make this card you will need:

Creased card from 50 148mm x 148mm White Square Cards and Envelopes Pack
6 x 6 Christmas Paper in red and green on a white background
Piece of Stardream Mars Paper
Christmas Die Cut Card Toppers
Big Shot, Cuttlebug, or Grand Calibur Die Cutting Machine
Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Ten
Woodware Crafty Edger
Tag Crafty Edger Cassette
3D Foam Tape 2mm Thick
Photo Glue
Scissors
EaziScore (optional)

Score the front of the card in the middle. If you are using an EaziScore this is the A4 gatefold line.

Take 2 pieces of the red and green on white Christmas paper and trim them to 148mm x 148mm.  Using one of the pieces of paper and photo glue, glue the paper to the inside of the card.

Using the Crafty Edger and the tag cassette create a border along one edge of the paper. Cut a piece of Stardream Mars paper to 15mm x 148mm and glue to the back of the border so the Mars paper just peeps through. Glue the paper to the front of the card using photo glue.

Push out the Christmas card topper from the card topper sheet, snipping the retaining pieces. Attach 3D foam tape to the bottom of the topper only. Fold back the centre front crease and attach the topper to the card.

Cut a piece of card from the backing sheet slightly larger than the Labels Ten die (the one used is the 2nd smallest die) and run through the die cutting machine. Attach this as the "stopper" for the easel card using 3D foam tape.

Select the smallest topper on the sheet and adhere it in the centre of the "stopper".
