To make this card you will need:

Making the Front of the Blue Card
Using the Hougie Board, and the marine blue card, score a crease half an inch from the left hand edge
of the card. Cut the card to 198mm x 198mm. With a pencil and ruler, and starting half an inch from the left hand edge (that is from where the crease line is) draw a line diagonally from the top left to the bottom right
of the card. Cut along this line using a rotary trimmer or scissors.
Using 6mm double sided tape glue a length or blue iridescent edge ribbon to the left hand side of the card and to the right of the crease line.
Using the Crafty Edger and the Antique Floral Cassette punch a border down the long side of the Stardream Silver paper. Cut close the border using a rotary trimmer. Glue the border along the diagonal of the blue card and trim the ends using scissors.
Glue the edge of the left hand edge of the blue card to the white creased card by placing 12mm double sided tape only up to the crease on the blue card. This forms the "hinge" of the blue front of the card.
Push out the large round robin card topper from the Winter Garden card toppers using scissors if necessary to snip the retaining pieces. Take a glue pen around the edge of the card topper and sprinkle with crystal glitter shaking off the excess. Using 3D foam pads to the bottom and left of the card topper (this will be to your right when applied to the back of the topper) stick the topper in place across the diagonal.
Add 2 self adhesive snowflakes to the blue card and place a 3mm gem in the centre of each snowflake using a Quickie glue pen.
Using another length of the blue iridescent ribbon make a bow (if you have difficulty with bows use a bowmaker and your bows will be a doddle) and fix in place with a Mini glue dot.
Making the Front of the White Card
Open the blue card front.
Create a border approx. 1 cm from the edge of the card using narrow border peel offs. Choose a different style of narrow border and create another border slightly inside the first one.
Cut a square of the marine blue card approx. 90mm x 90mm using the decorative scissors. Take a glue pen around the edge of the card and sprinkle with crystal glitter shaking off the excess. Glue to the centre of the white creased card using photo glue.
Push out the smaller robin topper from the Winter Garden card toppers using scissors if necessary to snip the retaining pieces. Glue centrally on the blue square card using photo glue. Place the large Merry Christmas peel off under the blue square card.
Add a large self adhesive snowflake to the top right of the card and decorate with 3mm gem in the centre and 2mm gems on the points of the snowflake using a Quickie glue pen. Add 3 more gems to the top left and bottom right using a Quickie glue pen making sure that these are just to the right of the diagonal when the blue card front is closed.
Insert (Optional)
To finish the card, Mary used 2 pieces of Stardream Quartz paper for an insert. She first punched along one edge of each piece of paper using the Crafty Edger and antique floral cassette. Each piece of paper was then trimmed to 196mm x 196mm and then one glued to the right hand side and the other to the left hand side making sure that neither covered the crease line of the card.
