Card Making Project - Snowman Scene

We gave the materials to make this card, along with some instructions, to a group of absolute beginners and they all made it successfully - bearing in mind that this was the first card many of them had ever made. There are always snow scenes backing card every Christmas - either as single sheets or in paper packs. The snowman is a decorative sticker but you could use a stamped and coloured image or a snowman decoupage.

To make this card you will need:
 A4 Quality White 300gsm CardWinter White Hedge A4 CardDecorative Sticker Snowman, Decoupage Snowman, or Snowman StampPhoto GlueRotary Trimmer or Craft Knife, Ruler and Cutting MatEaziScore or other scoring board |

Score the A4 card to create an A5 creased card by taking the scoring tool down the A4 half fold line on the EaziScore.
Cut the A4 White Winter Hedge card to A5 (148mm x 210mm) and cover the front of the card with it using photo glue.
Carefully peel off the snowman decorative sticker from the backing sheet, or make up your snowman decoupage, or stamp and colour then cut out your snowman image depending on what you are using. Stick down on the card. Peel off a Merry Christmas greeting sticker, or stamp a Merry Christmas onto card and position and stick down on the card as shown in the photograph.
