Card Making Project - Scallop Flower and Pearls Card

If you have already made the preceding project, Birds and Flowers Card, then this card uses the left over piece of the of the Marianne Design Birds and Flowers paper from that project. The large scallop flower is made using the Spellbinders Nestabilities Big Scalloped Circles Large die set.
You need a die cutting machine to make this card.

To make this card you will need:

Cut the Piece of Birds and Flowers paper to 80mm x 148mm. Cut a piece of the Stardream Coral paper to 75mm x 148mm. Run the Stardream Coral paper through the die cutting machine using the 5 x 7 Lattice embossing folder. Using photo glue and the spare piece of 148 x 148mm ivory card, glue the coral lattice paper to the top of the card and the birds and flowers paper to the bottom of the card so that the birds and flowers paper just overlaps the Stardream Coral paper.
Cut a length of rose organdie ribbon and take it along the card where the two papers join securing it at the back of the ivory card with a little double sided tape. Attach the piece of ivory card to the creased card using photo glue. Cut another length of the rose organdie ribbon and make a bow, trimming the ends of the bow if necessary. Fix the bow in place using mini glue dots.
Using the largest big scallop circle die and the middle die of the set run the Stardream Aqua card through the die cutting machine. Using the second largest die and the smallest die run the Stardream Crystal through the die cutting machine. There is no need to change plates and run them through again as the embossing will be done using the embossing folders.
Emboss both of the Stardream Aqua big scallop circles using the D'vine Swirls embossing folder and the Stardream Crystal big scallop circles using the Swiss Dots embossing folder.
Put the scallop circles together varying the height with 3D foam pads. Using 1mm thick 3D foam pads place the largest Stardream Crystal big scallop circle in the centre of the largest Stardream Aqua big scallop circle. Using 3D foam pads 3mm thick place the smaller Stardream Aqua big scallop circle on the Stardream Crystal one and then finally, place the small Stardream Crystal big scallop circle using 1mm thick 3D foam pads. To finish place a 10mm pearl in the centre of the smallest scallop circle.
Using photo glue, position the scallop circles about 12mm from the top of the card so that the circles slightly overlap the edge of the card. On the joins of the lattice place 3mm blue pearls.
