Card Making Project - Rosebuds and Butterfly Card
Made by Madeleine
The small rosebuds are mounted onto a textured strip of silver foil card in this simple card. The silver butterfly was cut from a piece of butterly paper left over from another project but you could stamp a butterfly image onto thin
white card and cut it out.

Cut a piece of the foiled card to 30mm by 104mm and glue to the card using double-sided tape.
Take 3 small paper rosebuds and twist the stems around a cocktail stick. Using a mini glue dot on the bud and a didi glue dot on the twirly bid of the stem fix the rosebuds in place on the foiled card.
Beginners tip: when placing 3 embellishments on a backing sheet put the middle one in place first - this makes it easier to judge the placement of the top and bottom one and the gap that need to be left between them.
Cut out one of the larger butterflies from the paper with decoupage or other small sharp scissors. Using double-sided 3D foam pads under each wing glue the butterfly into position.
Finally add the peel off greeting.
