Card Making Project - French Cats Card

We just love the Marianne Collectables French Cats and so do our customers so here is a card making idea from Irene created on a large 198 x 198mm square card.
You need a die cutting machine to make this card.

To make this card you will need:

Cut the A4 sheet of Stardream Onyx card to 198 x 198mm and glue to the front of the card blank using double sided tape or photo glue.
Cut a piece of Stardream Quartz card to measure 150mm wide x 165mm long and, using the inverted corner rounder, punch each of the corners. Glue on top of the onyx card, leaving the border at the top slightly larger than the bottom to allow for the peel off sentiment to be added later.
Take the deep blue paper with dots from the Magic Happens paper pad and trim to 125mm x 140mm and, using either photo glue or double sided tape, adhere to the centre of the card.
Using the Sizzix Framelits circle die which measures 85mm in diameter run a piece of the remaining Stardream quartz card through the die cutting machine using the plates appropriate for your machine. Repeat the process using the French Cats die and Stardream onyx card.
Run the Icicles and French Lantern dies through the die cutting machine using Antique Gold card, with the plates appropriate for your machine. Change the plates to those you need for embossing thin dies and run them through again to emboss them.
Using photo glue, layer the dies as shown, starting with the Stardream quartz circle and then adding the French cats, lantern, and then lastly, the icicles. The French Lantern and French Cats partially overlap the quartz circle, and the icicles slightly overlap the cats and the lantern.
Stick an iridescent self-adhesive gem to each inverted corner and add the gold peel off sentiments to the top centre of the card. Finally, add a length of self adhesive pearl border to each side of the card.
