Card Making Project - La Perfumerie Card with Pink Bow

This simple card was made using a card kit but any large topper that fits nicely on an A5 card can be used. If you are a beginner look for toppers that contain sentiments and backing card (Hunkydory have a good range) as this takes all the hard work out of matching up the various elements on your card.

To make this card you will need:
 A4 Europa Ivory Card creased to A5La Perfumerie Card KitMetre of 15mm wide Organdie Ribbon in RoseSelf Adhesive PearlsPhoto Glue3D Foam Tape 2mm ThickCorner Rounder Punch Didi Glue Dots SellotapeBowmaker (Optional) |

Cut the pink swirl design backing card included in the kit to A5 and glue to the front of the Europa Ivory creased card using photo glue.
Pop out the card topper and the greeting from the kit used for this card.
Using the dark red card included in the kit cut 2 pieces of card. One piece should be 1 cm larger than the topper both in width and height and the other piece should be 1 cm larger than the greeting.
Using photo glue attach first the topper to the piece of dark red card you have just cut out and then the greeting to the other piece of dark red card and leave to dry.
Wrap a length of ribbon around the card and fix in place on the inside of the card with Sellotape. This will be partly hidden by the insert.
Using the piece of organdie ribbon left over make a bow and fix to the card using Didi Glue Dots.
Using 3D foam tape attach the card topper and the greeting to the card.
Finally attach to self adhesive pearls to the rose organdie ribbon, spacing them out evenly and pop a pearl in the centre of the pink perfume bottle stopper on the card topper..
Tip: Although the pearls are self adhesive they do stick to some materials better than others. Leave the card overnight and if, the following morning, the pearls look like they are not going to stay stuck just use a Didi glue dot to ensure they stay in place.
