Card Making Project - Male Extreme Sports Birthday Card

It's often difficult to come up with new ideas for men every year. If they are into sports then it's a little bit easier as this topper from the Kanban Extreme Sports fits just the bill. The use of the blue illusion film for the base background layer emphasizes the blue of the sky in the topper. For added impact a large square 198 x 198mm card was used.

To make this card you will need:

Using silicon glue to give real depth to this card, glue the silver mirror card centred on the blue illusion film, the Stardream onyx card centred on the silver mirror card, and the Kanban Ski topper centred on the Stardream Onyx card. Leave to dry for at least 2 hours or, preferably, overnight.
Cut out the Happy Birthday Sentiment using the colonial blade. Glue the sentiment in place at the bottom of the card using photo glue. Trim off any excess from the sentiment card.
Using photo glue, and only applying it to the parts of the illusion film that won't be seen, glue the mounted topper to the front of the 198 x 198mm creased card.
