Card Making Project - Roses Sympathy Card
Made by Irene

This large 8 x 8 inch square card with its subtly coloured decoupage strikes just the right note of sympathy.
To make this card you will need:

198mm x 198mm Creased White Card Blank
A4 Cream Hammer Card
Gold Foil Mirror Card
Stargem Glitter Paper – Gold
Reddy Decoupage Condolence Twin Pack 4
3D Foam Pads 3mm Thick or Pinflair Glue
Photo Glue
Double Sided Tape
Peel Offs – Straight Lines and Corners – Gold
Peel Offs - Get Well Mix - Gold

From the A4 cream hammer card cut a piece measuring 198mm x 198mm and, using photo glue, glue to the front of the creased card.

Cut a piece of gold mirror card 170 x120mm and adhere to the centre of the card using either photo glue or double sided tape. Attach gold straight line peel offs around  the outer edges of this gold card.

Cut a piece of gold glitter paper 140 x105mm and stick on top of the gold mirror card using double sided tape.

Cut out the background picture of the decoupage, leaving a black edge of approx. 3 mms, and then attach this to the gold glitter paper using double sided tape.

Cut two pieces of mirror card measuring 50 x 35mm, then cut out the small background pictures on the decoupage sheet and attach them to these pieces of gold mirror card.  Adhere one of these finished pictures to the top left hand corner and one to the bottom right hand corner of the card.

Build up the decoupage picture, using either 3D foam pads or silicon glue.

Finish the card by attaching “You are in our Thoughts” sentiments to the top centre of the card.
