Card Making Project - Pretty Pinks Birthday Card

This card uses a die cutting machine to create the lacy oval and pretty tag.

To make this card you will need:

A4 Stardream Azalea Card x 2
Calligraphy Rose Backing Card
Small Piece of Matt Silver Card
Sentimental Verses Labels - Gold and Pink
5mm Self Adhesive Clear Gems
Fancy Corners and Fine Borders Peel Offs in Silver
Happy Birthday Small Peel Offs in Silver
Die Cutting Machine - Cuttlebug, Big Shot or Grand Calibur
Marianne Craftables - Oval
Shapeabilities Fancy Tags Two
Photo Glue
Scissors
EaziScore (Optional)

Crease one of the sheets of A4 Stardream Azalea to form a gatefold card.

Cut 2 pieces of card, each measuring 50mm x 195mm, using the Calligraphy rose backing card and glue in place using photo glue.

Using the fine borders peel offs edge each of the calligraphy rose cards all the way around. Put a corner peel off in each of the corners.

Cut 3 pieces of the Stardream Azalea from the remaining sheet so that they are a little large than the dies being used. Run through the die cutting machine using the Craftables Oval die, the middle flower die in the Craftables Ovals set, and the Shapeabilities Tag

Cut 2 pieces of Matt Silver card a little larger than the dies being used and run through the die cutting machine using the largest and smallest flowers from the Craftables Ovals set.

Build up the flower from the die cut pieces using photo glue. Place a self adhesive gem in the centre of the flower. Glue the flower to the centre of the Stardream Azalea oval using photo glue. Apply photo glue to only half of the oval and stick it on the card near the centre top of the card.

Place a small Happy Birthday peel off in the centre of the die cut tag. Apply photo glue to only half of the tag and stick in place at the bottom centre of the card.

Push out the die cut sentiment snipping the retaining pieces with scissors. Open up the card and glue the sentiment to the inside of the card in the centre.
