Card Making Project - Ribbons and Roses Card

The topper for this card is simply a pretty piece of card from the Pink Gelato paper pad. This card is suitable for a variety of occasions - birthdays, Mother's Day, Thinking of You and Thank You cards.
With the number of gorgeous papers in the Kaisercraft pads and the vast range of ribbon the variations on this card is enormous.

To make this card you will need:
 A4 Stardream Crystal Card creased to A5Stardream Amethyst CardKaisercraft Pink Gelato Paper PadPurple and Silver Glitter Pens from the 10 Glitter Gel Pens PackSmall Mixed Foiled Sentiments in SilverPeel Offs - Narrow Borders in SilverCorner Peel Offs in Silver7mm Double Sided Satin Ribbon - Deep Purple7mm Double Sided Satin Ribbon - Lavender7mm Double Sided Satin Ribbon - Lilac White Bow with Ribbon Rose3mm Round Metals Self Adhesive BeadsMini Glue DotsDouble Sided Adhesive Tape 5mm WidePhoto Glue (Optional)Scissors or Rotary Trimmer |

Using double sided tape lay three strips at even intervals down left hand side of card. Onto this place a length of each of the colour ribbons working from the middle to the outer edge using purple, then lavender, then lilac ribbon and trim excess. Take a strip of the 3mm metallic beads and working from the left place a strip down each of the ribbons from the top using 2 beads less each time as you work to the centre, i.e. 15 beads on the lilac ribbon, 13 on the lavender ribbon, and 11 on the deep purple ribbon.
Cut out the small sentiment and glue it to the card using mini glue dots. Attach the bow to the side of the sentiment using mini glue dots.
Cut a piece of Stardream Amethyst card to measure 175mm x 60mm. Glue to the right hand side of the card using photo glue or double sided tape.
Cut a piece of the Kaisercraft Pink Gelato flowers card to measure 165mm x 50mm and glue to the Stardream Amethyst card leaving a 5mm border all around.
Using gel pens outline the floral motifs - purple for the main flowers to make them stand out and silver for the background flowers.
Using the narrow border peel offs, place a peel off on each edge of the Pink Gelato card and trim to fit.
Finally, add small corner peel offs to the upper and lower right hand corners.
