Card Making Project - Moroccan Motif and Accent Card
Made by Irene
This stunning black and ivory card just uses 2 sheets of card, a peel off and a self adhesive gem. All the detail is in the intricacy of the Spellbinder Shapeabilities dies.
You do need a die cutting machine to make it and, although die cutting machines and dies are initially an expensive purchase, once you have them you can use them over and over again. The actual materials used in making this card cost under £1.

Assemble together the 2 dies from the Shapeabilities Moroccan Motifs, the border die from Moroccan Accents, and the tag die from Fancy Tags Two. Cut the White Gold card so that you have at least 4 pieces slightly larger than the dies being used.
Run the card and dies through the die cutting machine to cut the shapes. Run through the die cutting machine again to add the embossing detail using the pink embossing plate and tan mat if using the Grand Calibur or the Kars cut and emboss mat and Sizzix texture pad if using the Cuttlebug or Big Shot.
Using photo glue, glue the border, large motif and tag into position on the card. Add the gold peel off Happy Birthday sentiment to the tag.
Place the self adhesive turquoise sunflower gem in the middle of the small motif and adhere the small motif to the centre of the large motif using 3D foam pads.
