Card Making Project - Holly and Bow on Emerald Christmas Card

This landscape card uses the leftover pieces from the Hunkydory Classic Christmas Card Toppers - Santa's Snowman. It is an easy make card suitable for a beginner.


To make this card you will need:

Hunkydory Classic Christmas Card Toppers - Santa's Snowman
A3 Smooth Quality White Card 300gsm
Stardream Emerald Card
Strips of Gold Foil Mirror Card
Photo Glue
3D Double Sided Foam Pads 10mm Square
3D Double Sided Foam Pads 3mm Thick
Scoring Board such as the EaziScore or Hougie Board
Cut a piece of card to measure 420mm x 105mm. Score the smooth white card down the middle to make a 210mm x 105mm creased card.

Cut a piece of Stardream Emerald card to 210mm x 105mm and glue to the front of the card using photo glue.

Cut 2 pieces of gold foil mirror card to each measure 210mm x 5mm. Glue each piece near the centre of the card leaving a gap in between of approximately 5mm.

Push out three of the holly pieces from the card topper sheet and, using foam pads 3mm thick glue evenly along the centre strip towards the left of the card.

Push out the large bow from the card topper sheet and, using 3D foam pads 10mm square, attach to the right of the card so both the upper and lower strips of gold foil mirror card just show through.

Push out the red Merry Christmas greeting and attach to the top left of the card using 3D foam pads 3mm thick.
