Card Making Project - Postcard Topper Christmas Card
Made by Mary

This nostalgic design is ideal for an old friend who has moved away overseas - showing how much you are thinking of them at Christmas time.  This card was made in such a way as to remember the cost of postage for overseas so very few embellishments added.  It is a quick and easy card to make suitable for a beginner.

To make this card you will need:

Hunkydory Vintage Christmas Card Toppers - Christmas Post
Die Cut Foiled Toppers - Christmas Floral Tapestry - Poinsettia Ruby
7mm Gold Lame Ribbon
Peel Offs Season's Greeting - Gold
Double Sided Foam Tape 2mm Thick
Photo Glue
Scissors or Rotary Paper Trimmer
EaziScore or Hougie Scoring Board

Take the green backing sheet with the postcards and roses down the left hand side from the Christmas Post card toppers pack. Score the backing card down the middle to make an A5 creased card.

Cut a length of ribbon long enough to go lengthways around the card with some to spare. Wrap around the front of the card close to the spine and tie the ribbon in a bow near the top of the card.

Push out the postcard topper and trim to allow the smallest overhang possible and attach to the card using 3D foam tape.

Push out the small green stamp from the topper sheet and glue into position on the postcard using photo glue.

From the Die Cut Foiled Toppers - Christmas Floral Tapestry - Poinsettia Ruby set push out the Across the Miles sentiment and attach to the postcard topper using 3D foam tape.

Finally, add the Season's Greetings peel offs to the postcard topper.
