Card Making Project - Square Art Deco Topper Card
Made by Irene

This is the first of two topper cards made by Irene from the Docrafts Art Deco Twin Pack Die Cut Toppers - Charleston.

You need a die cutting machine to make this card.
To make this card you will need:

198mm x 198mm Creased White Card Blank
A4 Stardream Amethyst Card
Stardream Antique Gold Card
Stardream Onyx Card
Art Deco Self Adhesive Gems
Spellbinder Shapeabilities Persian Accents
Die Cutting Machine - Cuttlebug, Big Shot or Grand Calibur
Photo Glue

Cut the Stardream Amethyst card to 198mm x198mm and glue to the front of the card using photo glue.

Using the Persian Accents border die and two pieces of the onyx card, cut slightly larger than the die, run through the die cutting machine once to cut then change plates and run through again to emboss.

Cut a piece of Antique Gold card measuring 140mm x 198mm and using photo glue attach to the centre of the card, leaving a border of 30mms top and bottom.

Using photo glue attach the onyx borders to the top and bottom of the card so that they overlap slightly the antique gold card.

Cut two pieces of Stardream Amethyst card, each measuring 95mm x 95mm, and, using photo glue, attach the two toppers to two pieces of Amethyst card leaving a narrow border all round. Using photo glue, position and glue down to the upper left and lower right of the centre of the card.

Decorate with the Art Deco self adhesive gems as shown.
