Card Making Project - Swans Wedding Anniversary Card

Simple colours of white and gold create this card suitable for a wedding anniversary, wedding day, or engagement card. This is a 5 x 7 landscape card so requires A3 card to make.

You need a die cutting machine for this project.
To make this card you will need:

A3 Stardream Crystal Card
A4 Stardream Antique Gold Card
Smooth Bright White 230gsm Card
Viva Décor Clear Stamps Letters and Embellishments
130 x 130 Acrylic Stamp Block
Encore Metallic Ink Cube in Gold
Foiled Mixed Sentiments Sheet - Gold
Marianne Creatables Petra's Oval
Marianne Creatables Swans
Die Cutting Machine - Cuttlebug, Big Shot or Grand Calibur
Photo Glue
3D Foam Pads 3mm Thick
3D Foam Tape 2mm Thick
Scoring Board

Attach the swirls stamp from the Letters and Embellishments stamp set to the stamp block. Use the gold metallic ink cube and stamp the image onto the a piece of the smooth bright white  card. Leave to dry.

Cut the A3 Stardream Crystal card to 14 x 5 inches (356mm x 127mm) and score down the centre to create a
5 x 7 (127mm x 178mm) card blank.

When the ink is dry on the stamped card run it through the die cutting machine with the second largest die from the Petra's Oval set to cut it and then, changing plates, once again to emboss it.

Do the same two operations using the largest Petra's Oval die and the Stardream Antique Gold card. Then again using the Swans die ad the Stardream Crystal card.

If you are using the Grand Calibur or the Big Shot with the extended plates all three dies and card can be run through together.

Using photo glue adhere the die cut Stardream Antique Gold card to the upper centre of the card blank and then the stamped card die cut on top of the antique gold card. Using 3D foam pads 3mm thick place the die cut swans in the centre.

The To a Special Couple sentiment has a bright gold border which doesn't tone with the golds used in this card so cut it out by cutting just inside of the border. Attach the sentiment with 3D foam tape 2mm thick.
