Card Making Project - Gorjuss Decoupage Card
Made by Linda
Linda has used layers of Stardream Mars and Stardream Ruby papers to tone with the dress and books and a small foiled sentiment - the other backing card, border and decoupage is all included in the Gorjuss Decoupage Kit. There's loads in this kit so you'll have lots left over for other cards.
Although Linda has made this as a birthday card it would also make a nice Graduation card - just change the sentiment.

To make this card you will need:
 A5 Creased Card BlankA4 Stardream Mars PaperA4 Stardream Ruby PaperGorjuss Die Cut Decoupage Card Making Kit - New HeightsSmall Mixed Foiled Sentiments Sheet - Silver5mm Double Sided Fingerlift Tape3D Foam Tape 2mm Thick |

Cut a piece of the cream card included in the kit to 148mm x 210mm along the border and using double sided tape glue it to the front of the card blank with the border at the crease edge.
Cut a piece of the Stardream Ruby paper to measure 115mm x 175mm and, using double sided tape glue it to the upper centre of the card -approximately 10mm from the top of card - leaving enough room for the sentiment.
Cut a piece of the Stardream Mars paper to measure 117mm x 167mm and, using double sided tape glue it centrally to the Stardream Ruby paper leaving a 4mm border.
Cut out the backing picture of Gorjuss on the books and, using double sided tape, glue centrally onto the Stardream Mars paper leaving an even border all the way around.
Cutting 3D foam to size, push out the decoupage pieces and build up the 3D picture layer by layer.
If you are new to decoupage simply follow the numbers against each piece - A1 is the first piece, then A2 and so on until all the pieces have been pushed out and layered on the card.
Push out the tag piece on the decoupage sheet and attach to the bottom centre of the card using double sided tape. Cut out the silver Birthday Wishes sentiment from the foiled sentiments sheet and mount it onto the tag using 3D foam tape.
