Card Making Project - Flowers and Lace Decoupage Card

This card combines die cutting and decoupage with pretty lace. You will need an A4 die cutting machine such as the Xcut Xpress or Grand Calibur die cutting machine to make this card but only because the it uses an A4 embossing folder. You could still make this card if you have a Cuttlebug, Big Shot or Vagabond but would not be able to emboss the A5 Stardream Amethyst card.

To make this card you will need:

Using the corner rounder punch, punch the top and bottom right hand corners of the A5 creased card.
Run the Stardream Amethyst card through the die cutting machine using the A4 Dainty Dots M-Bossabilities folder and the Grand Calibur Raspberry Spacer Plate then cut the amethyst card to A5 (148mm x 210mm). Using the corner rounder punch, punch the top and bottom corners on the right hand side of the card. Cover the front of the creased card with the embossed Stardream Amethyst card using either photo glue or double sided fingerlift tape.
Using the largest circle from the Big Scalloped Circles and the third oval from the Floral Ovals die sets, run both dies and a piece of Stardream Sapphire card through the die cutting machine to cut and then, changing plates, run them through a second time to emboss.
Trim the edge of the scallop circle dir cut with the frilled ivory lace, using photo glue to hold it in place, then using double sided fingerlift tape adhere the lace trimmed circle to the centre of the card.
 Carefully push out the die cut decoupage pieces and build up the design on the Stardream Sapphire circle using 3D foam pads or silicone glue.
Stick the Stardream Sapphire oval die cut to the top centre of the card using photo glue or double sided tape and add the silver sentiments.
