Card Making Project - Floral Spray Easter Card

The sapphire 4mm round gems just add a hint of sparkle to this pretty floral decoupage card.

To make this card you will need:

Reddy Die Cut Decoupage Easter Floral Twin Pack 2
A4 Stardream Sapphire Card creased to A5
A4 Stardream Gold Paper
Piece of Stardream Sapphire Paper
Crafty Edger
Scallop Shell Cassette for Crafty Edger
Peel Offs Fleur de Lys Corners – Gold
Peel Offs Straight Lines and Corners – Gold
Peel Offs Happy Easter – Gold
4mm Round Acrylic Gems - Sapphire Blue
Sakura Quickie Glue Pen
Photo glue
6mm Double-sided Tape
3D Foam Pads 3mm Thick or Silicon Glue
Didi Glue Dots
Double Sided Tape
Scissors


Cut a piece of gold paper 130 x 150 mms.

Using the Crafty Edger with Scallop Shell cassette punch both sides of the gold paper ensuring that the pattern matches on each side.  Using the Sakura Quickie Glue Pen or photo glue stick this strip to the centre of the blue card, leaving a border of 10mms at each side, 30 mms at the top and 25 mms at the bottom of the card.

Cut a piece of Stardream Sapphire paper measuring 85 x 140mm mms and stick this on to the gold paper using double sided tape and adhere gold straight lines to the edges of the card.

Cut out and mount the background picture of the decoupage in the centre of the piece of Stardream Sapphire paper using double sided tape.

Build up the decoupage picture using 3D foam pads or silicon glue

Add a blue acrylic jewel to the centre of each flower on the edge of the gold paper using Didi glue dots.

Add the Fleur de Lys corner peel offs and then complete the card with the Happy Easter peel off sentiments to the top centre of the card.
