Card Making Project - Flowers Mother's Day Card

This is an easy make card using the Hunkydory die cut card topper set Mother's Day. The triple bow was made using a bowmaker.
This card is suitable for a beginner as it uses photo glue to position the backing card on the front of the creased card and again to centre the large topper. As photo glue is repositionable if you don't get it spot on straight away you can adjust the card or topper until it's perfect then allow the glue to dry.
The centre piece topper will allow you to judge the exact placing of the frame. If a triple bow is a layer of ribbon too far just make a single bow.

To make this card you will need:

Cut a piece of the backing card to 198mm x 198mm. Using photo glue attach to the front of the card blank.
Push out the centre piece of the large topper from the card topper sheet and attach to the upper centre of the card using photo glue.
When the photo glue is dry push out the two fame pieces from the card topper sheet. Using 3D foam pads on the gold mirror frame attach it to the card so that it surrounds the centre topper.
So that the patterned frame stands higher on the card than the gold mirror frame you will need to use a double depth of 3D foam pads by placing the foam pads on top of each other to give double height. Attach the foam pads doubled to the back of the patterned frame and glue into position.
Push out the Happy Mother's Day sentiment from the card topper sheet and attach to the bottom centre of the card using 3D foam pads.
To make the triple bow line up all three ribbons at the same time on the bow maker, with the widest ribbon on the inside and the narrowest ribbon on the outside, and follow the instructions given on the back of the bowmaker pack. When the bow is made trim the tails of the bow to make them even and tweak the ribbon so that the layers are evenly spaced. Glue the triple bow to the top left of the patterned frame using mini glue dots.
