Always Remember Stamped Card
Made by Madeleine

This is a lovely stamp and lends itself to a variety of different backgrounds and styles depending on the recipient.  Here it has been used on an A5 card using purple and white with silver embossed wording with the two stamps positioned at the top and bottom of the card.

Madeleine likes to use  the same colour when stamping as she will use for embossing so as to gauge the finished effect.  There is no need to do this if you don't have that particular colour of inkpad - Stazon on Versamark will work equally as well.

You need a die cutting machine to make this card.

Cut a piece of smooth white card to 148mm x 120mm.  Attach the large Always Remember stamp to a suitably sized rock-a-block or acrylic block and ink the stamp.  Stamp the wording in the centre of the smooth bright white card and apply the embossing powder, shaking off the excess.  Heat the embossing powder with the heat tool until all the embossing powder is melted and has a raised effect.  Put aside to cool.

Take a piece of smooth bright white card measuring 20mm x 135mm and using the One in a Million stamp, stamp in the centre of the card and apply the silver embossing powder.  Heat until raised and put aside to cool.

Cut a piece of smooth bright white card to 138mm x 200mm and a piece of royal purple paper to the same size; glue the paper to the card using photo glue.
Gluing the paper to the card gives it strength and stability.

Take a sheet of the small floral pattern from the French Lavender paper pack and cut to 138mm x 90mm.  Glue to the bottom of the royal purple paper using photo glue.  Take a length of the ribbon in the same pattern as the paper and wrap it around the card, using double sided tape, where the French Lavender and royal purple papers meet to hide the join.

Attach the purple card to the card front using 3D foam tape and leaving an even border all around.

Take the large stamped Always Remember piece of card and run it through a die cutting machine to cut it using the largest of the Majestic Labels Eight dies making sure that the wording is centred.  Run it through a second time, changing plates, to emboss.  Attach it to the top of the card using 3D foam tape.

Attach the stamped One in a million card to the lower part of the card - about 30mm from the bottom of the patterned paper - using photo glue.  Place 2 purple self adhesive gems at either side of the wording.

Attach a French Lavender bow to the left hand side of the card using mini glue dots and then add a Coconut bloom just below the centre of the bow using Pinflair glue.
