Card Making Project - Bride and Groom Wedding Bells Card

This beautiful wedding day card is easy to make - the die cutting machine does all the work. Linda made this card in shades of ivory (Stardream Opal) and white (Stardream Quartz) adding just a little Ice Cream Sundae glitter to make it extra special.

To make this card you will need:
Card and Paper:

Glittering the Edges
Score the Stardream Opal card down the middle to make an A5 (148mm X 210mm) creased card.
Apply 5mm double sided tape along each of the edges of the card and sprinkle on the Ice Cream Sundae glitter. Shake off the excess and return to tub.
At the top, just below the glittered edge, place a length of the self adhesive pearl flourish border.
Creating the Die Cuts
Using the Stardream Quartz card, cut 4 pieces slightly larger than the 3 dies being used.
With a piece of the quartz card for each die, run each of the dies - the bride and groom, Petra's bells, and topiary - through the die cutting machine once to cut and then again, changing plate or dial setting, to emboss.
If you are using the Xcut Xpress or Big Shot Plus die cutting machines you may be able to run all 3 dies through at the same time.
With the fourth piece of Stardream Quartz run the topiary die through again - once to cut and a second time to emboss.
Using Cosmic Shimmer flake and glitter glue highlighter or a Quickie glue pen apply the glue to the bow and bells on the Petra's bell's die cut and the raised embossed areas of the bush on both of the topiary die cuts. Shake or spoon on the Ice Cream Sundae glitter and shake off the excess, returning it to the tub.
Adding the Die Cuts to the Card
Using photo glue, position and glue down the Petra's bells die cut in the centre of the card.
Using 3D foam pads 3mm thick or Pinflair glue line each of the topiary die cuts with each of the pillars of the Petra's bells and glue in place.
Using 3D foam pads 3mm thick or Pinflair glue position the bride and groom die in the centre of the Petra's bell's arch.
